Gold color and definitely starting to show its age with notes of roasted nuts and light caramel. For lovers of mature bubbles, this bottle definitely delivers and possesses a very persistent finish. But think about drinking these bottles sooner than later.

A wonderful champagne in the classic style. This has aged beautifully and ought to last for several more years. Golden color, with balanced notes of toast, hazelnuts, and brioche. Gone too soon...

A Friday evening in JAG resto at Duxton hill Singapore. Beautiful golden Color. Nose has a lot of brioche, biscuit, butter, a bit of wet stones. Med+ acidity, Med body, Med alcohol, Med+ flavor intensity, Long finish. A very buttery mouth whilst delivering very nice salinity and minerality. Still on the young side I d say but already beautiful tertiary notes, quite meursault like. Excellent!

What a great drinking wine right now. Quite "dark" and Pinot dominated which I like more and more. Subtle mousse right now and strong acidity. A food wine for sure. Lots of bread, dough and brioche with pear and mature apples for fruit.

Similar to my previous tasting note. Lovely balance of fruit, minerality and acidity. Lots of pear and golden apple notes. You would never guess this a zero dossage drinking this blind as it has a wonderful body and substance and is not austere like so many acidic mouthwash like zero dossage champagnes out there! Excellent QPR. A champagne house clearly on the up and to look out for.
