Consistent with the bottle of 8 months ago, though I'm worried about a lack of acidity. Lots of spritz, with a vivid, clean nose offering loads of white fruits, stones, spice and a touch of white floral. The palate is nearly medium-bodied; the spritz kind of gets in the way (bottle variation?). Very long, almost warm mouthfeel and finish. If I had any more left, I'd let them rest for 12-24 more months, just because. 12,0% abv., AP #7. recommended
SnP, served non-blind. Will finish the remaining 2/3 of the bottle tomorrow and update if needed. from the unlisted Münsterer-Sarmsheim region in Nahe.
*** update *** better on day 2, more balanced, harmonious; also, likes a cooler rather than warmer temp.

Wow, what a beautiful, exciting wine. Crystalline straw, big watery edge. Explosive aromas of lime pith, seashells, green apples and the nearly fully-hidden touches of honey and slate. Dry, with excellent balance of acid and fruit, i.e. not any enamel peeling going on here; light>medium-bodied. This has moderate structure but is clearly meant for consumption today and over the next year or two. If i were teaching a class on entry-level Riesling trocken, this is my bar. Another TT homerun. 12,0% abv., highly recommended
