  • Wide open nose on pouring into Schott pinot glass, sweet dark fruit, a little age, touch of wood. Good balance of fruit and acid, some gum drying tannins. A good drink which matched the Spanish food, even the sea bass and octopus. Worth keeping to see how it evolves. Can still taste it now writing this at home.
