Borderline undrinkable. The sort of wine that gives "natural wine" a bad name. A promising nose of peppercorns and pine needles gives way to palate like a bagful of nails: aggressive sap, pine, horrid acid, and a finish of stale yeasty beer. "That's rank; like vinegar" said my unprejudiced husband. Hardcore devotees of natural wine as an end in itself would probably like it very much.
