a big touch of oak and plush. This is delicious Sauvignon Blanc, which is my least favorite varietal. Not for the faint of heart. Drink this now if you have it.

Marks duckhouse – MV Krug, Bonneau CDP, Centenaire, Truchot, Pousse d'Or & etc.: Surprisingly harmonious ripe nose displaying guava, grapefruit, honey, caramel and oak. Excellent concentration, thick and oily, good acidity and a long sweet caramel driven finish. It is a very well made, riper style of high end California SB. Definitely riper and more concentrated than the Araujo version.

Tropical fruit with nice refreshing acidity. There does not seem to be malolactic here. Very high quality. More of these top shelf Sauvgnon Blancs are popping up in the valley which is a great thing. This is immediately accessible and will probably drink well for the next 6-7 years.

Had at the winery and at home. Very round and plush for a Sauv Blanc. Tropical notes and good acid. One of the best SBs I've had this year!
