  Bitter orange, honey, lemon, melon, and tart apricot on the nose. There’s a bit of residual sugar on the palate but very well balanced by the medium-high acidity. Flavors of lime, peach, melon, more honey, and grapefruit follow. Nice and long finish. Really great wine, but be aware that this isn’t completely dry.
