  Short note - very complex, lemon, red apples, pecan nutts, copper, ceramic clay, very well structured, high acidity, touch of VA, long finish, complex, solid concentration, outstanding quality 94p and drink now and the next 2 years. Outstanding

  Occasional dinner group; Bordeaux 2000 (@ Merlet): Slightly creamy, still locked bouquet. On the palate minerals, some banana, well dosed oak, good bitterness and a lot of firm, good acidity.

  A l'aveugle, on pourrait dire un excellent Bourgogne. La texture est très riche avec beaucoup d'ampleur et de longueur en bouche. Les saveurs de pêches, poires et agrumes mélangés avec un peu d'épices. Un vin qui présente une belle complexité qui devrait bien veillir.

  Intense citrus, melon and limestone. A little more toasted oak than we're used too from this address, and a lot less presence of cellar flor yeast. Great concentration, acidity and structure. Style and quality on par with premier cru burgundy. Not forbiddingly young, and very promising for the future.
