Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • This was fun to try, but more interesting than pleasurable. The nose was a little muted and based on the cork I wonder if there was a tiny bit of TCA, but there was some bruised apple and some oxidative hints of walnuts and crushed stone. There was some nice minerality and dried floral notes that showed up with air. Oldest white Burg I've had an confirms my suspicion that I don't need to age them for 30 years!
