Similar in form to my last bottle, but this one seemed a bit closed down as everything seemed to be turned down a couple notches. The acidity was less apparent, giving way to an overall fleshier profile. I'll give my other bottles more time to sort out.

Lemon butter with rainwater / Saline/ riverbed and some ginger tea on the tail end. Faint traces of lanolin, wax and peach pit, though this remains yellow-toned throughout. Everything is very tempered with good minerality and firm acids in the middle and backend with some dry extract. Still a little taught, but pretty approachable and open. No fleshy fruit here, supple and elegant, Prudhon knocked it out of the park again. I'd take this over the PYCM as it is far less heavy-handed.

Not bad, but not great! Good fruit concentration and energy. This seems still youngish

Gorgeous white burg. Lemony, citrusy, crisp, minerally. Delicious. Needs an hour of air to open up.
