  • Fabulous, and I can't believe I'm giving a Niagara red '91' (other than a Pinot), but this was stunning, and indicative of the power of aging a 'cold climate' red - Dark, well concentrated with a nose of plum, tobacco, licorice, bell pepper, cedar and vanilla, very intense and structured, well integrated, complex with years to go, dry, silky smooth on the palate with excellent length, a winner for sure and wondering how many bottles still out there? (91 Points).
