  Very expressive nose with a slightly developped character, oak still present but very well integrated into the dark fruit. The complexity here is great with the classic earthiness you would expect from Sylvie! This is a Pinot with structure and grand cru allures but has more potential than it is showing today. Tannins are very fine grained, yet still grippy. I would definitely hold for another 2 years at least! Tasted next to the 2008 vintage which was not showing as well.

  Gave it 2 hours and it started to open up in the glass. Still young and a little oak present but this should get even better with a little more cellar time.

  (from memory) Deep ruby, cherry liqueur, earth, spice and a hint of wood on the nose, rich and powerful on the attack with layers of red and black fruit, spice, and earth all powered by underlying minerality, balancing acidity and noticeable but enjoyable tannins, finishes is for days, outstanding!

  Bottle breathe for 1 hour. Sexy nose with delicate flower and cherry. Medium complexity. Peaked after 1 hour in the glass

  Je rejoins le dernier commentaire sur ce vin, le nez est magnifique, on sent le grand terroir du Clos, je pourrais passer des heures à le humer... la bouche est équilibrée, c'est un vin très prometteur, encore tannique et jeune, à attendre quelques années pour atteindre la pleine maturité en bouche, mais c'est assurément un grand Bourgogne qu'on peut déjà ouvrir si vous possédez quelques bouteilles.
