  Totally different experience from the last bottle. This time we poured direct from the bottle and swished it around a bit. Color in the glass was light straw. Fruit smell came out as pear with a touch of lime and the finish was nice and just slightly tart. We then paired this with a Zuchini pepper side dish, balsamic based chicken breast and a nice broiled tomato with a touch of Balsamic, Basil, and white cheese. It was a great pairing. So, I guess my advice here is pair it with lighter foods and don't drink this bottle alone. This wine is meant to be consumed with a meal.
