A fine and elegant nose of mint, lemon, white peach and blossom. The palate is direct and cool and it is a wine of detail, elegance and silkiness. The finish is persistent. Drinking right in the zone.

Usual restrained, pure and airy Roulot nose which I love. Quite tart and tangy on the palate with predominantly Granny Smith (green apple) flavor. Needs a bit of air time but it is quite acidic. Prefer Vireuils on this showing.

By the glass. As other colleagues have said, terroir to be discovered that tastes like a Puligny rather than a Meursault: metallic, citrus, tense and salivating. The hand of the wonemaker is present on the palate, where it is elegant and complete due in part to that vibrant acidity. It deserves to be considered.
A considerar.

A bit warm and perhaps slightly premoxed. Disappointing as last of my bottles.
