Very deep colour. The nose opened gradually in the glass. Excellent fruit with blackberry prominent but with hints of a range of other, mainly black, fruits. Some spice, luxury vanilla notes, earthy tannins. Big and rich but refined. Very good now but has a way to go IMO.
