Still a really good bottle of wine. While we have some decent weather here in NJ I decided to grill some swordfish steaks using a new marinade and my wife wanted a Sancerre which of course I couldn't find so I opened this bottle. As in previous bottles that I have consumed the palate is fresh cut, citrus flowers and a touch of tangerine. A little taste of pineapple does come through on the finish. As an aside the marinade was awesome and the swordfish came out perfect.

We had good friends over for dinner last night and just prior to them arriving I opened this bottle as an aperitif. So the 2015 Ibid is drinking beautifully. Swirling flavors of citrus where tangerine is dominant. Fresh cut grass and flowers insert themselves into the mix and there is a hint of pineapple on the finish. I have one bottle of the 15 left and I think I will save it until Mothers Day.

Amazing and time to drink lots of melon on the nose great mouthcoating viscosity - long smooth finish -- while I don't drink many whites - it's a cross to me between Chard and Sauv Blanc. Perfect Memorial Day warm weather wine.

Until my shipment of Realm showed up at the house instead of where I store a lot of my wine I didnt realized that i had never opened the case in which the Ibid was delivered in. When I drank the 2019 Fidelio I realized that I had to find the older vintages. So i found the case with Ibid along with the case where the 2016 Fidelio's are. Eventually I will find the 17's and 18's along with a host of great red realms to drink. So the 2015 Ibid is drinking beautifully. Swirling flavors of citrus where tangerine is dominant. Fresh cut grass and flowers insert themselves into the mix and there is a hint of pineapple on the finish. Taking out of the wine fridge and letting it sit as not so cold was better.

Football weekend in South Bend. Drank with Beth V over 2 nights. Last bottle of my 2015s..
Prior notes..."Light straw color. Steely nose of citrus white flowers, honeysuckle. Palate was crisp with creamy texture. Showing melon, citrus, lemon zest, minerals. Great fruit and secondary notes through the mid palate and finish...."
Well made, expressive wine. Still drinking well, this bottle seemed to be a bit less crisp than I remember last bottle, may be time to drink up. Does best with a nice chill. Great stuff
