One of the better pinotages in recent memory, not that we drink that many. Medium bodied and less extracted than most. Veers more red fruited than expected, with black fruit as well, smoky scorched earth, tar, burnt sage, and surprising amount of red fruit as well. Rounded out with medium acid and soft tannins.
