  (Elaine@Wasabi) [Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat Bailey-A, Merlot] A most fascinating blend! Bordeaux-esque red fruit, leafy tomato and leather pong. White pepper, rose and umami capsicum (hint). Clean, gentle acidity, clear mushroom bouillon. Herbacious and sour berries on the finish, with creamy, nutty and toasty notes. Layered, light and transparent - controlled and measured. Paired exquisitely with the profoundly enjoyable Soba with Shitake and Shiso tea.
