  • Nice copper/coral color - not pink. Looks awesome. Aromatics are not letting me down. Old world style, good fruit but not too forward. Dried stone fruits with some herbal tea, juniper bark and subtle spice. There's a floral character that provides a sense of freshness. Bone dry, subtle and smooth on the palate. Good acidity without being tart. Nice freshness in fruit flavors with a toasted character giving it a sense of body. I am used to drinking pink NW Pinot rose', so this is changing gears a bit. This is not a Sunday afternoon on the porch rose'. This is a Sunday night, pair me with a thoughtful dinner rose'. Really great achievement here. I'm generally not a fan of grenache.
