  This has been open for 4 hours. The color is totally bright and vibrant, with zero sediment at all. It's so bizarre. Initially this smelled like crusty blue cheese, but this part dissipated with time. Later smells like a crusty old book. Smells like dust... a book where the pages are falling apart. A very dry book, not a wet one. Also notes of a crusty dried up fig. Palate is a soft dusty book with strawberries on top. Nice intensity. Finish shows some metallic, mineral tannins, leaving the mouth dry with little bitter green tones. Still, sweet herbal fruit is a dominant note at the end.
