  On the nose, it opened dark and earthy, yet quickly filled out with intense red fruits, cranberry, raspberry, hints of sweet spice, smoke and floral undergrowth. It was rich on the palate with cranberry and cherry, earthy minerality and with dense, meaty textures. It finished on hard red candy, earth and sweet herbal tones.
