Nice low level Burg. Was unfocused and a little tough to enjoy on the pop 'n pour but fleshed out pretty nicely the second evening. Pretty open knit, with bright, tart berries. A little unbalanced toward the acidic side. Good with pork schnitzel and a roasted potato and veggie dish. Nothing to get excited about but still enjoyable. Not a repurchase at my local price of $25.

First bottle from the case, and what a great wine this is! Really complex and interesting nose (rustic, leather). Fresh and and balanced on the palate, with nice red pinot fruit. Really drinkable already.

This is such a nicely balanced and fresh Bourgogne. Super clean red fruits and hints of salt licorice and gunpowder.
