  • Unfortunately one of my last bottles. This has been such an easy/ accessible wine that I have burned through them to quickly. Slight floral and oak nose. Medium red, good acidity, good length. Starts with a moderate enticing sweetness intermingled with flavours of dark fruit /primarily dark cherry. Tannins are present on the back of the palate and leaves a slight bitterness. This wine does needs more time to balance out. This will be excellent at the 10+ yr point.

  • Underwhelming at the moment. Seems muted. There is a tension beneath and lurking potential, but only time will tell where this wine is going.

  • Slight cedar nose and berries, strong tannins on the first glass, dark red, the fruit comes out with a little air swirling in the mouth, great acidity,
Tannins are prevalent but the dark fruit starts taking over as I drink more. Feels like this wine is starting to shut down for awhile and I am excited with where it is going. Drinkable now but would decant or have a glass and leave this for a day if you open it now.
