  Needed some time. Opened and let sit for 30 mins. But could maybe have left an hour. Regardless came around huge. Fantastic deep dark and delicious. Paired with rack of lamb and it was amazing

  Deep purple, with a bright ruby rim.loads of dark fruit, raisin, oak, meat, smoke, slight hint of herbaceous note that adds to the complexity. Full body. Big, but ripe tannins. Long finish with dark chocolate note at the end (probably from the highly toasted barrel). Decant first, or better come back after at least 5 years. Good pqr.
