Similar flavor components to my last bottle, two years ago, but a wildly different portrait. Friendly nose of petrol and floral tones with lingering stoney traits - very nice, though a touch muted. The palate shows deep notes of honey, bruised apple, orange blossom, mango and other orange-toned citrus fruit that are contrasted against subtle notes of lemon, jasmine, ginger, earth, singed underbrush, and sherry. It's the last bit that was concerning, as there was a prominent sherry note on the nose and palate that, accompanied by a rusty tint, concerned me. Overall it turned out okay, particularly on day two, but if you are holding these I would strongly recommend checking in sooner than later.

From memory – Sharp and fresh with forward lemon/ lime fruit and quince that backs off as a warm jasmine/ ginger note moves in to balance out the acidity. With air this shows some honeyed and nutskin tones and retains its elegant floral character along with a touch of petrol on the outset and even a suggestion of mint leaf. On day two this thinned out in the middle and into the backside considerably, which was disappointing. Besides that this was good to very good.

Delicious with zesty acidity offsetting the sugar

Nicely acidic with grapefruit and lime. Finishes a little creamy and a hint of sweetness.
