  Pour sortir des sentiers battus...une eau de vie à
  base d'herbes et d'épices. Celel-ci est assez particulière!
  Assez fenouil et carvi au nez.
  En bouche, le fenouil revient avec un peu daneth et de boisé.
  Assez déroutant et surprenant.
  A très petite dose!

  Medium gold colour.
  Nose: Caraway, fennel, sherry, aniseed, vanilla, coriander. (88p)
  Taste: The arrival is slightly sweet, then come spiciness, then pepperiness. The exit and aftertaste is wood peppery with a slight burn. (82p)
  With water the noise opens up more aniseed, while it becomes (wood) drier and more (white) peppery in the mouth. Total score 84 points.
