If wine was only able to be smelled and not drunk then this would be close to the kind of smell it should be like. Sweet oak dominates but not in an intrusive or coarse way like it might in a lumber yard. Citrus appears in the surprisingly restrained palate, the legendary minerality and dryness of course. lovely mouth-coating lanolin, clean, pure and refined; but there again it is $70!
