Drunk at the Fine Wine Experience Biondi-Santi Riserva Rarities Dinner at Otto e Mezzo in Hong Kong. More bricking than the '71 and the oxidation was also more prominent. The acid is there as always but ultimately a tired bottle I think.

served 3½ hours after opening, without decanting. sweet grass, kinda fruity, pretty fragrant, minty, and kinda ripe.

Hazy to cloudy. Developed and borderline tired nose. Bitter orange peel. Immediately screamed Italy. But sadly I felt this was tried and fading.
