A "standard Gavi" & "Go To Gavi". This is an excellent food wine that pairs well with seafood. Floral and herbal aromas and the same on taste with a little stone. I paired with Shrimp & Spinach in Saffron Cream Sauce and the pairing was outstanding. I also tasted a Te Kairanga New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with this dish and the Gavi was a much better pairing. Nothing wrong with the NZ SB - an excellent wine.

Very fruity nose with pear, peach, and maybe some rich apple (not granny smith). The palate fills up with a little minerality and some citrus peel (some oiliness). Went well with a little buttery sauce.
