Pop and pour. Floral nose. Very fresh, and in a red fruit sort of way. This is Sablet, the region whose name is derived from the French word for sand, sable, as one learns when googling this region. The sand note actually shows up in this, which is not so bad, mind you. I paid about $10 each for a couple of these bottles at Binny's on deep discount. I definitely got my money's worth.

Alain Junguenet Selections Tasting (Atlanta, GA): Extracted color; pretty floral nose mixed with Brett, thicker texture, interesting, drink now, this bottle would be better if cleaner.
