Compared to last tasting, this bottle has bit more depth & complexity while retaining vibrant acidity. Darker fruit profile this time. Extremely food friendly, would go well with seafood and many meats.

Muted red fruits, white pulp fruits, dried leaves, hint of vanilla and nutmeg. Nice acidity. A most interesting wine, tastes like a cross between white and red.
