    Opened at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel. P&P and enjoyed slowly.

    This was fantastic. Richer and more expressive than the 2014 Caillerets from last night. Buttery, toasty, very clean and clearly well made. Mineral but balanced. Entering a prime drinking window now and is performing beautifully. Amazing treat and hope to have the chance to enjoy again!
