With only a couple of bottles of this remaining in the museum cellar, Boz was very generous in pulling one out for us to try. It has a complex nose of leather, cedar, chocolate and blackberry. It is rich and powerful in the mouth, with nice detail and excellent structure. Flavours linger for a very long time and whilst it is delicious now you sense it is a wine still very much in its infancy.

Strong dark color, deep blueberries, very Cali , wife likes, lots of life left in this wine. Drank some of this last night which would have been 6 nights since it was opened, much more complex wine. Glad I have a few more of these gems.

a fair amount of heavy sediment that settled quickly. Drank within an hour of opening; dark, almost opaque purple, no tawny at all, big mouthful of smoke and blackberry and I don't know…coffee, perhaps. Certainly not past it's peak.

Cellaraid Pop-up @ Artbox Singapore; 4/14/2017-4/23/2017 (Bayfront Event Space, Marina Bay Sands): clear, deep purple; blackcurrant, black cherry, grass, earth, cloves; dry, low acid, medium tannins, full body, blackcurrant, black cherry, pepper, cloves, nutmeg, star anise; powerful, but still very heads up fruity and spicy, needs more years in the bottle
