Didn’t really know what to expect here but this bottle hit the mark. Bought as a one off from a private collection via a reputable retail store. Well balanced with most things still there. Garnet with low-moderate bricking. That said, this is my first single-vineyard Rochioli so no real benchmarks.

This was quite good with a lot of complexity—raspberry, minerals, and leather. Much better than a recent 1999 Little Hill. A pleasant surprise this held up.

@ River Oyster Bar(David E's wine). I preferred the dissapointing 99 Archery Summit Estate to this. Both wines were off from VA, except to me this suffered more. A brooding sasafrass scented wine. Not an ethereal Pinot night. Oh the enigma of PN!!!, despite the pedigree of the wines.
