Decant. Tight and zippy. Some lemon and minerality with a nice core of acid. Great pairing with food, but a bit linear by itself. Needs more time to settle down.

This last bottle is probably the best of the four that I bought. It's starting to gain some added depth in color from the last time I remember opening it. Scents of chalk, flint, Bartlett pears, and floral notes. The palate is framed by bright acidity, with notes of lemon, green apple, pineapple, and quince. This is in such a lovely spot. It's making me want to check in on the rest of my bottles from this producer. Outstanding!!!

Aromas are very PYCM reduced smoky flinty. Palate is clean and precise. It's delicious. As an aside, it's utterly different from Ramonet's 2014 Chassagne 1ers in virtually every way, and would be a fun contrast in a tasting.

Burgundy Dinner with Friends: Very clean and precise, crisp, light mouthfeel with long finish. Intensely stony. Somewhat surprised how very accessible this is as a pop and pour.

Very good, but still a bit tart and lean. I think this will improve considerably and would wait 3-5 more years.
