Then there’s the acid, the balance is extraordinary the wine does not cloy nor does it have a whisper of sourness, only beautiful harmony between the sugar and acid.
Roasted pineapple and marcona almond clafouti, kiwi ginger ice cream. Contributed vibrant aromatics and both acid and sugar in complement to dessert, a great food wine as well. This is another masterpiece, and one that will ride on for decades to come. Drink now or hold forever.

Late Harvest & Fortified Wines (Beltramo's - Menlo Park, CA): Floral, honeyed nose, like springtime. Best nose of the flight. LIght to medium bodied with low to medium acidity. Palate has peaches and pears and is fresh and lovely.
