  • Vday at Wimborne. Excellent dinner. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of citrus lemon oil, rich butter toast, honey drizzle. Developing.
On the palate, dry, rounded high acidity, medium alcohol (!3.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of rich citrus lemon oil, buttered toast bread, honey + nut, salty saline mineral in the background. Sweeter with air, and gets golden apple and ripe peach on day 2. Long finish with some oiliness texture.
Very good quality. Rich Meursault 1er with good balance. Drinking well now and over the next 2-3 years.

  • The Modern (The Bar Room) pour un cork fee de 45$.

Magnifique vin! 93 pts

  • Oeil clair, aucun depot
Belle finale, fruit, craie, long en bouche
