I opened a bottle for my office virtual happy hour. My wife and I each had a glass and the rest of the bottle is going into a dish that I am cooking later. Very light in color. The palate was fresh cut grass, wet stones and this time a hint of orange rind.

We brought with us to our local seafood byob. This bottle was a little nicer than the previous ones I drank. Very light in color. The palate was fresh cut grass, wet stones and this time a hint of orange rind. Served with oven roasted branzino.

Similar to my notes of last spring. Light in color, a non descriptive nose, the palate is lemon curd, citrus, grass and a hint of vanilla. A really nice aperitif wine.

Opened for an hour or so but kept chilled. Light in color. The nose was non descriptive with faint aromas of lemon flower. The palate was lemon curd, a little citrus and a touch of vanilla. The finish was smooth. I enjoyed this much more than the Merry Edwards of the same vintage I had the night before Served with our first course of pan seared crab-cakes.
