Nose bursting with rose petal, lavender, toasted herbs, bright strawberry. Palate confirmed but was a bit shy...except for the medium plus acidity still going strong. Could possibly go another few years if only I had another bottle. Winner of the tasting that night, just a beautiful wine.

$32.99 retail, before discount. Dusty red cherry fruit and earth. Fairly assertive acidity. This is a nice, relatively inexpensive red Burgundy that is showing some evolution at thispoint. The fruit here is rather dusty / dried, and, again, the acidity is rather pronounced, so perhaps this won't please everyone.

Great example of monthelie. fruit forward, but still with a nice rustic component to it. Drink up!
