Color was straw yellow nose was initially stone fruit and citrus with light floral overtones and wet rock. Over time this changed and a distinct butter and vanilla nuance developed. The palate was of peach an pear with a pronounced minerality. Often some time a butter nuance agin developed. The finish had a bit of an alkaline component which detracted from what would have been a pretty wine.
