Moulin Touchais Coteaux du Layon Vertical Tasting (Le Petit Sommelier): Drank after the Moulin Touchais flight. Bottle 002/258, 4,5 years under the sea, 13% alcohol. Very dense nose unquestionably clear expression and typical Thalassitis. The palate is more impressive, high intensity, high acidity, long finish with some coffee and nutty nuances, citrus and lemon, still fresh (like a 2015). Outstanding quality, great experience but quite expensive

Light yellow color; aromatic, saline, tart pear nose; tasty, tart pear, tart lemon syrup palate with medium acidity; medium-plus finish (submerged under sea for 5 years)
