  The wine, was good, that is the best I can say. After buying from Vineyard on release and waiting almost 8 years to drink I was underwhelmed. BM Chardonnay is my favorite one out there, but seeing the liner development of this wine over the year makes me reconsider ageing it. I think moving forward I will consume when wanting rather than storing.
  
  Wine had the same flavour profile as the day it was released, with just slightly less acidity. Minerality, and that clean partially oak flavour BM is known for. Light body, good hang time on the tongue. Floral and light oak notes.

  Dry, nice acidity, apple and stone fruit on nose and palate. Great balance

  Day 1 - PnP, drank of 1.5 hours, initial impression was cool, minerals/stone, lots of tartness, little fruit, little oak & concentration. It was only the last 30 mins that it starts to warm up, and the fruit, oak, toastiness, to show.
  Day 2 - Wine is much more balanced, med body, med length finish.
