  This has been down for 5 years. What I noticed,immediately was the tobacco/earth flavor I have tasted in Firestone wines was greatly subdued. This Cab has a round taste with medium to dark fruit flavors, a hint of the earthiness and a sweetness on the back end. Nothing that makes you go “Wow!”.
  
  This is a nice wine, but nothing to go over the Moon about. As my wife said - it’s a B+.
