  • Peach and sweet pear, a little ginger, moderate acids, tasty profile but feels a little drawn into itself. Give it a little more time. B for now

  • Singing. Vibrant acidity and good complexity for the price. This is just fun to drink. Excellent value. Great with a variety of spicy foods, including mapo tofu.

  • Yellowish colour. The nose is melange of dried apple, crystallized pineapple and quince, plus squeezed lemon/lime and some waxy notes on a background of peach. Very fresh mouth, with a tingle from the residual CO₂. Concentrated, structured and big for a kabi, but retaining tension. It has a promising future. Day 2, with over a half remaining: no change in colour. No apple now, just quince, pineapple and citrus zest. Most appealing. Pungent, citrussy mouth. Still fresh, though no longer tingling. Good length. Held up well on the 3rd day too. Very Good Plus.

  • Opened last night. Quite attractive in every way. Light golden yellow. Nose is very precocious and filled with apple-like fruit. Amazingly, mostly primary in nature's with few secondary characteristics. Very fresh. The palate is wonderful as well. Excellent acidity, quite full and bracing, but with a fine muted edge that avoids harshness; really adds to the wine's appeal. And it is needed, as there is quite a load of ripe fruit in the nose. This is just an excellent wine from start to finish. Just the slightest hint of sweetness at the end. One hell of a bargain, too. 4-13-17-8: 92/100.

  • Lime wash with some underlying melon and slate. Nice purity. Vibrant, off-dry+, a lovely succulent tart pull on the finish. Showing a little tertiary development. Excellent match with medium spicy shrimp with roasted broccolini, asparagus, cilantro dish (an otherwise challenging pairing dish). Hold or Drink. 91+
