  Nothing special. Decanted for 3 hrs. Drank as a 2nd bottle, following a 2000 Chateau Dominique. Wasnt bad, but I wont be rushing back to buy more.

  Admittedly too young to drink, but disappointingly thin, lacking expression. Nothing to compare with the excellent 2000 and 2005.

  Again fairly confected, the alcohol poking through on the nose. Brambly, slightly vegetal palate. Not encumbered by wood, but a dash of (?wood)spice on the palate.

  Utilizing 74% Merlot and 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is fleshy, round and has an earthy, red fruit profile. The open and oaky finish combines espresso bean and cherry characteristics. 86 - 88 Pts
