  Chardonnay as Eva likes it, oak only slightly susceptible adding more to the complexity and creaminess than vanilla and nuttiness. Ripe but not overripe fruit , exotic paired with red apple and pear. Also, particularly in the nose some spiciness with a slight reductive note. Finishes fresh and harmonious. Not a Burgundy grand cru, but in its simpler way a highly enjoyable wine.
