  Drank 1 bottle w/flank steak w/chimichurri sauce, sauteed red onions, broccoli & cheddar & dark chocolate dessert. Good pairing. Clear medium ruby color, some cherry nose, dry, medium body, little smooth acidity, low soft tannins, soft mouthfeel, some fruit & oak on the palate, but nothing exciting, & a short finish. Thirst quencher, but little more. If you have any left in the cellar, drink it now.

  Medium bodied. Plum, dark fruit and spice aroma. Dark fruit, smoke, nutty flavors. Smooth finish.

  The 2014 Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon is a straight forward wine meant for early drinking. The fruit is slightly muted on both the nose and the palate and there is little structure to speak of. Drink now.

  Two hour decant. Floral and cardboard nose. Ver smooth, peppery palate. Medium short, tannic finish.
