Inky purple in the glass opened up well after decanting , note of red fruits blackberries slight tannins on tongue and some residual. Went equally well with food (Lamb) or on its own. Once again Crocker and Starr don’t disappoint.

Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of Briar patch, boysenberry and mixed spices. Flavors of raspberries, black berries and black cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short to medium term.

This is a lovely, balanced wine. Malbec leading with plum, dark cherry, cocoa & leather with the balance of what I assume is the right amount of oak. Easy, balanced, great on the palate. Malbec dominated nose but enough questioning that you go forward with excitement to find what you find in the glass.
