  The 3 rd bottle of this wine since last November.
  On nose : consistent apple , lemon and blanched almond scents.
  On palate:this particular bottle had a strong edge of quinine along with the flint and flavours from above, giving it a faintly bitter( but not entirely unpleasant )aspect.

  Well...first dinner wine of the NewYear.
  This is the second bottle of this vintage in two months...even better than the first.
  On nose : Meyer lemon, almonds and apples.
  On palate:A follow through on flavours from above, with a more complex profile consisting of flint,minerals tarragon and steel....
  This wine can hold its own against a more costly Pieropan La Rocca soave!.....elements of Chablis are noted as it warms up....memorable.

  Typical Garganega profile: apple skin, Meyer lemon, almonds.... and as it warms up a hint of honeysuckle.... had the '09 of this recently:hints of caramel and applesauce...drink while young!...This 2014 is great with Salmon.

  13.0% - Clear, med gold / clean, med+ intensity - citrus, peachy, marzipan, butter, coconut milk, kiss of oak / dry, med+ acidity, med+ rich body, med+ intensity, med length. More weight than last bottle. Worked well with BBQ'd roasted cornish game hen.
