    Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
    Nose is clean, medium- intensity, with aromas of red cherries, raspberries, candy, pepper. Youthful.
    On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet spice, pepper, red cherries, raspberries, candy. Medium finish.
    Acceptable quality. Typical CdR. Nothing too complex or special, just an easy drink that paired well with Coq Au Vin.
    Blend of Grenache and Syrah.

  • Deep ruby red colour. Cherries on the nose with hints of red berries. Taste of cherries and raspberries with hints of earth and with a herbal finish. Great with game.
