Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: 3 Guys, lots of wine (@Home): Glass: Zalto Universal Tasted blind on day 1. Drunk over two days. Popped and poured. Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, developing nose with some fine white fruit, blossoms, herbs and nice mineral notes. Needs air. Beautiful. Dry, medium+, ripe acidity. 13% abv. Wonderful chalky and fine mineral core, fine yellow fruit, some herbs. Elegant, deep, well balanced with a nice extract. Lacks a bit of tension for me though. Medium+/long fine and deep finish. Needs probably 2-3+ years to be at its full peak. 90-91+
